One example is Cháo Cá Rô Phi Sống or live Talapia porridge which is one of our specialty. Other types of porridge available are chicken, duck, beef, pork, salmon, live oyster, live clam, Century egg, shrimp, squid, and more. Other specialties are Gỏi Lòng Gà Trứng Non (Chicken Egg Salad), Bánh Cuốn Chiên Bò Lúc Lắc (Shaken Beef with Rice Roll), and Miến Xào Tôm Cua (Glass Noodle with Shrimp & Crab).

Our lunch specials $8.99 is from 11am-5pm which includes several options of cơm (rice), nuôi (noodles), miến (glass noodles), and cháo (porridge).
